Starting May 1st Yoga with Tracy Gordan

Tracy Gordon, RYT

Tracy is a certified yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance.  She teaches
privately, as well as, group classes.  Her class is a multi-level hatha class
incorporating pranayama and asana.  Her classes are focused on self -acceptance
and she encourages students to build strength, balance and flexibility on and off
the mat.

Tuesdays 7:00 a.m. & Thursdays 5:30 p.m.
