KICK BOXING BOOT CAMP
Kickboxing Boot Camp is a dynamite workout incorporating intervals of bag and floor work.  
This is a full body workout focusing on proper form and technique while building strength,
balance and flexibility.  All combinations are derived from Tae Kwon Do and Boxing. High on
power and low on choreography, Kickboxing Boot Camp is suitable for all fitness levels.  
Give it a try on Tuesday and Thursdays @ 11 AM.  As seen in the

Instructor Bio:
Mary Ellen Coffey is certified by the
National Strength and Conditioning
Association (NSCA), the American
Council on Exercise (ACE), and
Aerobics and Fitness Association of
America (AFAA) as a personal trainer.  
She is also certified as a group exercise
instructor through AFAA.  She currently
holds a 3rd degree black belt in Tae
Kwon Do (chung do kawn schools) and
recently completed her certification as a
kettlebell trainer through the Internationl
Kettlebell and Fitness Federation.  My
fitness philosophy is simple; exercise
needs to be a part of your life.  We
already know how good exercise is for
us, now you need to experience how
good it feels.
