Power Physique Cross-Boxx
Learn boxing fundamentals while building endurance, power and balance during this dynamic
hour of power.
The class will be structure to include Shadowboxing (offensive and defensive), balance drills,
power (plyometric) drills, strength circuits, boxing drills (including bag work and partner drills),
dynamic stretching and core training. TUESDAY / THURSDAY @ NOON
Shelley Lawrence is a personal trainer, core
conditioning specialist, and functional training
specialist. She holds an MFA degree from
the University of Arizona and certifications
from the American Council on Exercise and
the National Endurance Sports Trainers
Association. Shelley also trains in boxing,
kickboxing, and Muay Thai. She runs her
own personal training business in Tucson.
Shelley believes the development and
maintenance of good health is central to our
happiness and longevity. She describes
fitness as a lifelong endeavor that supports
and enhances everything we do. Her
approach to fitness is holistic and takes into
consideration each client's approach to
nutrition, strength and cardiovascular training,
flexibility, hydration, sleep, and stress
maintenance. Shelley is a triathlete and has
competed in more than twenty road races.
