Class Descriptions

Dynamactivity - A blend of sport training, kettlebells, band work, medicine balls, suspension training & rotary torso movement. Specifically geared towards body recomposition and weight loss. A new you for 2011! Dynamactivity classes are not offered as part of the regular class schedule, these classes are part of the new "Team Training" memberships. Circuit Pump - Bootcamp style circuit training with an emphasis on cardio.

Zumba - Latin Dance inspired aerobics.

Indoor Cycling - A form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, higher intensity (race days) and recovery, that involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

Butts, Guts & More - Circuit training with an emphasis on strength and physique. If you want to have the best back side you can, tight thighs and a mid-section to die for this class is for you. Tracy will take you through her personally designed routines to do just that. Click on the above link to check out the video! Class times are Tuesday and Thursday at noon.
