John M. Pena

John M. Pena is certified by the International Sport
Sciences Association and International Kettlebell
Fitness Federation. John has over 15 years of
experience in the fitness and personal training
industries. He currently works with clients who have
general health and well being goals as well as
professional athletes of all levels. John also designs all
their diet and nutritional programs. John is a Nationally
ranked powerlifter and has been a coach for world
level athletes on U.S. Powerlifting teams. John enjoys
working with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Young or old, experienced or novice, John’s
experience can take you to what ever level you choose.

HOUSE TRAINERS

Tracy Thompson is certified by the International Sport
Science Association.  She has 2 years experience as a
personal trainer and over 8 years lifting experience.   
Tracy has had more than 5 years working as a
personal training leader in the USAF as well as group
training.  She has trained teenagers as well as the
elderly.    She has the ability and excitement to share
her knowledge and for a healthy lifestyle with all those
who have the desire and ambition to go the extra mile.
Tracy has competition experience in powerlifting,
bodybuilding and short marathons.   She has and
continues to enjoy these life lessons and will pass them
on to those who have the desire to enhance and/or
completely revamp their lives.
Steve Callahan

Steve is a life long fitness enthusiast. His beliefs in the
mind, body and spirit connection help him to put
together programs that improve quality of life. He is
well versed in a variety of activities including: Body
building, power lifting, crossfit, kettle bells, kenpo
ju-jitsu, gymnastics, yoga, meditation and has a back
round in nutrition and supplementation.

After participating in bodybuilding, swimming and
wrestling in high school, Steve pursued a carer in fire
fighting. As a fire fighter he has the hands on
experience and the knowledge of how to maintain the
body in top physical shape.

Steve enjoys working with all fitness levels to share
