Pedro Limon
(Certified Strength & Condition Specialist: CSCS)
Pedro is originally from Douglas, AZ. He is a multi-
sport athlete and has competed in football, basketball,
track & field, and baseball. In 2001, he received all-
American honors, all state, all conference, and a state
title in baseball. Played all four years as starting
fullback for two years and special teams specialist for
four on an athletic scholarship for the University of
Arizona He graduated from the U of A with a
bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Coaching,
and Business Administration


John M. Pena
John M. Pena is certified by the International Sport
Sciences Association and International Kettlebell
Fitness Federation. John has over 15 years of
experience in the fitness and personal training
industries. He currently works with clients who have
general health and well being goals as well as
professional athletes of all levels. John also designs all
their diet and nutritional programs. John is a Nationally
ranked powerlifter and has been a coach for world
level athletes on U.S. Powerlifting teams. John enjoys
working with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Young or old, experienced or novice, John’s
experience can take you to what ever level you choose.
